PHILOSOPHY
Culture is where your brand thrives or dies a slow death. Peter Drucker wisely said that culture eats strategy for breakfast. No strategic plan survives or thrives in a toxic organizational culture. Culture depends on the individuals who make up the culture. They embody lifetimes of good and bad experiences. They don’t leave it at the gate when they enter the organizational doors.
When we shift from managing human resources to influencing human beings we will be well on our way to empowering a thriving culture. Somewhere between inspiration and motivation is that illusive ground call Sustainable Change.
DYNAMIC CHANGE AGENT
The combination of behavioral expertise, psychotherapy training, leadership experience, and experience as a seasoned change agent, is a powerful mix of everything your organization needs to effect sustainable organizational change.
